Overview

Client Services, Inc. (CSI), a call center located in Heredia, Costa Rica, is seeking career minded individuals to join our team.  In-depth training will be provided as you transition into this career.  Representing many of the largest and most sophisticated financial services organizations in the United States, CSI is seeking career minded, personable and highly motivated full-time Quality Assurance Representative to ensure compliance with laws, FDCPA, and client and company requirements.  The schedule is Monday through Friday, 7:00am to 4:00pm.

Responsibilities

  • Navigate computer/data entry system
  • Monitors heavy volume of calls and fills out evaluations daily
  • Views compliance report and addresses any issues
  • Must have the ability to sit and use computer and phone for long periods of time
  • Communicate effectively with employees and others you have contact with
  • Must adhere to company attendance requirements and be able to work assigned schedule
  • Must maintain their own excel spreadsheet
  • Must be able to work independently 

Qualifications

  • Must have basic/moderate computer skills and good working knowledge of Excel
  • Employee needs to be able to work in a fast-paced work environment and be able to meet strict deadlines
  • Must have concern for order, quality and accuracy, have the ability to prioritize, be detail oriented, teamwork and cooperation, and flexible
  • The employee must communicate effectively with superiors, colleagues, and outside individuals and sources
