Client Services, Inc. (CSI), an established and professional call center located in Heredia, Costa Rica, is seeking career minded individuals to join our team. As an Account Representative, you will be representing many of the Top Banks and learn how to motivate customers to resolve outstanding debts. Other responsibilities include educating customers on available options, discussing sensitive financial situations and systematically processing customer requests. Training schedule is 8am – 5pm Monday through Thursday and 8am – 4pm on Friday. The paid training is for two weeks. After training the schedule will vary between 7am – 10:15pm for a total of 35 hours a week.
As an Account Representative, you will be representing many of the Top Banks and financial services companies in the Nation. Learning how to generate direct customer contact and motivating customers to resolve outstanding debts will be primary objectives as you develop in this exciting new role. Your professionalism and outstanding customer service skills will be keys to success in our fast-paced collection environment. The right candidate should also have computer skills, strong communication skills in order to negotiate effectively (Excellent / Fluent English level - 90% or above - speaking , writing and comprehension skills), attention to detail, type 40 WPM, High School Diploma and a clean delinquency record. Candidates with INA training / graduation are a plus.
